Veneers are thin layers of porcelain or pressed ceramics which are bonded on to your teeth. Veneers create a spectacular smile make-over.
The tooth is first shaved down, an impression of the tooth is taken, then it is sent to a laboratory, and when the veneer returns it is bonded (cemented) on to the tooth.
Things that veneers can fix:
Teeth that are discolored usually from stains caused by medicines like tetracycline or other drugs, excessive fluoride or the presence of large resin fillings that have discolored the tooth
Veneers usually only cover the area you can see when you smile. This means you can have a whiter, straighter, and nicer smile. When a veneer is not possible because of decay a Porcelain Crown might also be a solution.
